1. General

All courses on sysadmin.courses are digital products. Access to course materials is granted immediately after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You have viewed no more than 20% of the course materials.
  • This is your first purchase of this course.
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.
  • A refund for this course has not been issued previously.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the high volatility of cryptocurrencies and the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we are unable to process refunds for crypto payments. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing a cryptocurrency transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • More than 20% of the course materials have been viewed.
  • The payment was made in cryptocurrency.
  • A refund for this course has already been issued.
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after accessing the materials.

  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
